During the day, we will take breaks from the course content to give people a chance to be in the "hot seat." This is where you'll share about what you're trying to accomplish in your youth ministry, where you're stuck or even an idea you have. I'll have a chance to coach you through it with the group's additional input. You'll walk away from your hot seat with specific takeaways and actions to implement.
Interactive Community of Other Youth Leaders
During our time together, you'll be able to receive input from those in the trenches of youth ministry. You'll have a chance to make connections with other like minded youth leaders from our area as you learn together.

With 14 years of full-time youth ministry in large church and multisite contexts, I’ve tried just about every program, method, and curriculum there is to be effective in youth ministry.
